Tin Measure: 4 Cups 4 inches Dia. x 7 inches H. After the revolutionary war the local tinsmith produced a variety of household utensils and wares that were used widely in American homes. Actually working with tin plated sheet iron, these craftsmen used a collection of special tools for shearing, bending, rolling, crimping and soldering to create light weight, durable and economical pieces.
